Directions for Use

For Omega-3 supplementation: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Children 6-12 years: Take 1 capsule daily (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice, or cereal), or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Children 2-6 years: Only as directed by a healthcare professional.
