Healthy Care 1000mg Omega-3 Fish Oil (Odourless) uses fish oil extracted from cold water fish. It is a rich source of marine Omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are classified as essential fatty acids. They cannot be synthesised in the body and thus must be obtained from food. If you are unable to obtain your weekly recommended 2-3 serves of fish, a fish oil supplement can be of assistance.

Healthy Care Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules come in an easy-to-swallow softgel capsule to help you meet your daily Omega-3 needs without the fishy aftertaste. Regular intake of these fish oil capsules helps reduce damage to body cells from free radicals and thus promotes general health.

To ensure you can take Healthy Care 1000mg Omega-3 Fish Oil with confidence, we regularly test our fish oil for mercury and only source high quality fish oil with no added artificial surfactants.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Natural Fish Oil 1g (1000mg)
containing 300mg Omega-3 marine triglycerides as:
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 180mg.
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg.

No added sugar, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

As an Omega-3 supplement:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children (6 to 12 years old): Take 1 to 2 capsules daily (pierce the capsule and squeeze the content into milk or juice), or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children under 6 years old: Only as directed by your healthcare professional.
