Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100mg

Equiv. to Selenium 12.5mcg

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

No added yeast, salt, milk derivatives, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Warnings
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Do not use if cap seal is broken.
