Formula is easy to mix. Add one scoop (included) to 5-6 fl oz (150-180 mL) of water, milk, or your favorite beverage and mix thoroughly. Can be enjoyed before, within 30 minutes after exercise, or anytime you want a high-quality, high-protein drink.
