MapleLife Folic Acid 1,000 mcg 100 Capsules. Each capsule contains 1 mg of Folic Acid and 25 mcg of Vitamin B12.

Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Keep this product out of reach of children.

Food Sources
Asparagus, barley, beef, bran, brown rice, cheese, chicken, leafy green vegetables, lentils, starch, dairy products, mushrooms, root vegetables, salmon, tuna, whole grains, and nutritional yeast.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, gelatin, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin.

Optimal Dosage
400 mcg daily. (Clinical dosage may be increased as per physician's advice).

Long-term high-dose folic acid is not recommended for individuals with hormone-related cancers or patients.
Folic acid is non-toxic. Works well with vitamin B complex, vitamin B12, and vitamin C.
